No interest in customer satisfaction
The fit of their T-shirt was far too snug (a large fit like a medium) so I asked to exchange for a larger size or return for refund. Their response was "We are sorry for your dissatisfaction. We checked it with our warehouse and it is the one you ordered. Thanks for your kind understanding." Online sales for apparel need to be flexible as trying on an article of clothing isn't possible. Labeling is subjective - what different people call large is not the same. Every other T-shirt I've ever bought in size large fit correctly. Theirs were way too small and they show no interest in correcting the sale for me.

Has to be the worst company to deal
Has to be the worst company to deal with… Keeps sending the wrong items and not refund… Will only refund if you send back items at your cost… Will not admit they are wrong…. I highly recommend DO NOT DEAL with them…

Returns policy scam
The product was good but the wrong size. The returns policy states how to repackage your goods and to contact support team for address for return. This address is never given and a derisory compensation offered. It is even proposed that the dissatisfied customer offer the product as a gift to someone. The wording of this policy constitutes a scam.
