I ordered what was described as a birch wood Art or Pizza Shovel from the USA. What I received was a cheap plastic one from China which would likely melt in my pizza oven. The tracking was saying it had cleared US customs when it clearly has never been anywhere near the USA. I've asked for a refund but doubt I get a response, likely basically a con but I'll update if they do the right thing.

I order a Pizza shovel…THE PERFECT ITALIAN SHOVEL. They send a product that is damaged where the sliding paper was broken. Consentym appears to be located in the US, but they source the product from China. I have written to them several times that I have received a product that is damaged. I get the same answers from a lady named Pamela who says that the department store says the product is ok and correct even though I have shown them pictures and video of a damaged product. I know that after a while the slip paper will crack across, because when I got it it was already cracked 1 cm. I ask them if they just could send me a new sliding paper, but no. They offer me first 2$ and then 4$. They won't help you. Don't buy anything from them.
