🚩 Failed to honor promotional offer 🚩
They published a promotion and cancelled my order due to a “oversight by their marketing team.” I will be avoiding this company in the future. Very scammy behavior.

Concordia Men's HealthAbout Concordia Men's Health
Concordia Men's Health helps adult men in the United States navigate online weight care with a clear, structured process. The experience begins with a secure health assessment. An independent licensed provider reviews each submission and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Completing an assessment does not guarantee approval, a prescription, a specific medication, pharmacy fulfillment, or results. When care is approved, Concordia coordinates the non-clinical parts of the experience so patients can stay oriented. Depending on the plan and provider decision, that may include access to a secure patient portal, licensed U.S. pharmacy fulfillment for a valid prescription, billing and shipment updates, reminders, educational resources, and ongoing administrative support. Concordia does not practice medicine, diagnose, prescribe, compound, dispense, or replace a patient's independent licensed provider. Our programs are designed for men who want more structure around their weight-care journey, including men already using GLP-1 medication who may need a clearer next step. Clinical questions, medication decisions, symptoms, side effects, and dose changes belong with the licensed medical team through the secure patient portal.Concordia Men's Health, LLC is available online at concordiamenshealth.com. General support is available Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time, at [email protected] or +1 (630) 809-9668. Services are subject to provider review, medical eligibility, state availability, and applicable law.
