Concord Auto ProtectReviews of concordautoprotect.com

Highly recommend using this company. I spoke with Gene and he helped me pick out the best plan and was able to get me an amazing price. He was very helpful and patient on the phone, able to answer all my questions. Great company and great service. Thanks again for everything!

Even though we had a 'disconnect' with the repair and coverage of my Tesla - Concord came through after having a professional discussion. I recommend Concord for their responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to make it work.

I haven't really needed coverage yet, but it is nice to know I have it. It is a much better deal than the first deal I got from Enterprise.

Cannot give a 5 unless it was for the rep with whom I spoke. Very pleasant and helpful. Hopefully this transaction will prove valuable and then the company can get my 5 star rating.

Jeff was very open and patient with me in the information gathering process. Honestly I did feel some pressure to finalize the sale, but I was met by surprise with his willingness to find additional features to sweeten the initial warranty offer. Ultimately concord presented the most straightforward and specifically personal customer service approach than Endurance, Infinite or Carchex (leading competitors).

Good coverage, good price, able to make three payments. Donald was kind enough to resend my policy, and get me to sign. Good customer service

Jeff was very helpful and informative. Looks like a great product from other reviews and after talking to the Representative.

Great so far I hope I have no problems if I have to use the warranty Helpful. Salesperson Answered all my questions
