Purchased incomplete instructions; no response to any inquiry
Only reason for any stars is that their site is well maintained and the purchasing element was well-designed. I purchased a single set of instructions for one of their concepts. The instructions are incomplete. The instructions include assembling elements that are not in the parts list- multiple parts that are not listed. I tried using the contact us, repeatedly - no response. I tried contacting them via comments on some of their YouTube videos - no response. I just wanted someone to pretend to care; now I just want my money back.
