Not a seemless experience
UPDATE - they got back to me via email. Short answer but at least I got an answer. Moving to 3 stars. OLD REVIEW: They don't make clear policy or procedure and have no phone number to contact them. Several emails and no answer to questions. Just wait 30 days, I suspect because another monthly payment would come due, so its a money grab for another $10! Avoid them and work with a more reputable company. You will save in the long run.
