After almost 3 weeks I finally get a response that they are working on the issue with my miners. I asked what was the issue and no reply. Now I have a 3rd miner that is offline and no response. Once they have your money don’t expect to have any customer service

Before I bought my Antminer, they were very attentive! My calls were immediately picked up, or returned within an hour. However, as soon as it was shipped and my money was sealed, it took 2 months of constant writing and calling for someone to finally return my message for an invoice of my purchase of $8200! I finally gave up on the warranty question I had. Very-very unhappy with their customer care and the person who sold me the antminer and seemed so genuinely caring and kind. He never did get back to me.

Purchased 2 miners for at home mining in April. Still not delivered. Have contacted them multiple times and get the standard lines of they are expediting the order, etc.. Have ordered in the past and received what I ordered. Not any more. They are in trouble and anyone should investigate them before sending them any money for any service or product. I have credit card co. disputing charge of over $17K.

So far I've purchased 1 used miner one bundle of 6 miners. So far both purchases have run into malfunctions - Russia one is a complete loss and the Texas bundle is with a systems down status because of ongoing issues with it's generators and they are offering to migrate miners to Georgia. I foresee that the migration will lead to another problem resulting in total loss. Everything seems like a planned scam so far to take your money for purchasing the equipment but then resulting in the signed accepted risk of unforeseen circumstances of hardware failure. Looks like I just loss 65,000 USD of hardware.

Not happy with my service they want you to pay for their mistakes and they never help they lack communication brush you off charge you twice for things and they deploy your miners late they also will lie and say your miners have been 97% uptime so they won’t have to give you credits

If I could give 0 star I would. Bad customer service and company changes policies without informing customers. This company can’t be trusted.

6 miners lost in Russia, just a few days before there were still insuring that they had plans if anything happend and refused to send miners out of Russia.... obvously they didn't have any plan. Now they pushing all responsabilities on gouvernement decision and don't communicate anymore about this mess due to lack of preparation. "It's not my fault, it s not my responsability" policy. But still, invoices come on time, always. Another point: Compass ability to be late on each single delivery I had, from 3 days to 90 days late. I advice to stay far away from any investment with Compass. You don't know this review is real or fake? go have a look on compass discord pleb chat history and make your own idea.

Dishonest communication, from the sales managers lying to con you into a purchase agreement to the company itself flat out lying about having a plan to deal with foreseeable events. I have experienced a total loss of my assets due to Compass' negligence and they take zero responsibility. I would NOT recommend using Compass for ANY purchases Hosted or At Home miners.
