I ordered the wrong item. I have trying for two weeks to get someone to contact me to do an exchange or return.

The mag pouch allegedly shipped on January 20 according to the email you sent me. I paid 13.00 for this shipping. It’s February 03 and it’s still not here. Unless you lied to me, I should have had it be now. You could have stuck it in a USPS 3-day priority box for 12.00 and I would have had it a week ago. I’m pretty dissatisfied in the cheap service, and I’m going to make sure I spread the word on all the forums I participate in.

Thank you for your review, the shipping cost are determined by the carrier based on the location of the shipment and the item/items purchased. Once USPS picks the order up we are unable to expedite shipping through the USPS. I am still waiting for my full order to arrive.... I ordered 3x Push-Button Locking Mount (PLM) V2 on 13JAN. Today is 31JAN. A package from Comp-Tac did arrive yesterday, 30JAN. HOWEVER, it only had 1 of the 3 items I had ordered. I called Comp-Tac Customer Service, but my call went to voicemail. I left a message (Ariel?) At this point, I am still waiting for any kind of communication from Comp-Tac regarding the status of my order...

Thank you for your review - there have been a number of delays in the USPS system we are unable to control. They are not easy to work with got different information about an exchange from two customer service reps.

Hi Aaron, I see your order was delivered on January 25th - there have been quite a few delays in the USPS system in Texas - https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/what-texas-lawmakers-are-saying-about-the-usps-mail-delays-in-houston/ar-BB1hP4jk Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility we do not have any control over the speed of delivery. We hope you are enjoying your gear.
I sent several emails with questions before I ordered the holster and never got a reply. So I ordered the holster for some reason and received it to find out that every time I put it in the holster it scratches my gun, with the medal in holster. Notified through email to let comp tac know, received a email wanting pictures and so I did that. And now haven’t heard back. So if this is the customer service that you get with this company, I don’t think I will purchase anything else through them.
