Ordered a couple of replacement clips, shipping cost about the same as the product itself. Took over a month to arrive, and what arrived was not what I ordered. Sales team hasn't responded to my email trying to sort it out.

Holster didn't fit the gun. Required heat gun. Also didn't fit the optic cut (Trjicon SRO) and required cutting.

Thank you for your feedback! When did you purchase your Staccato P? It is unconfirmed by Staccato, but we have a couple of different P's from different years and they all have different tolerances. I would guess yours is not in spec with the firearms we have in house. I do understand this is frustrating, but we can only design holsters around the firearms we have in house, and we do fit check each holster before it leaves the factory.
The holster I ordered was supposed to be for a Glock 17L. The gun only went half way in and hit a hard stop. After cutting and filing away part of the holster, I got the gun to fit. I am now able to use the holster ok. It just doesn't look that great.

Thank you for your review! Based on what your review - do you happen to have the 17L MOS? Glock added a rail on the 17L MOS that isn't present on the standard 17L. The holster you ordered was designed around the original G17L which likely is causing the fit issue. In the future, feel free to reach out direct before making a purchase to confirm fit!
2 terrible experiences and waiting on refund. Several e-mails already sent re issues. Called on specs and was told wrong info, design showed on line COMPLETELY different than issued, pricing not what was advertised. Foolish to try 2nd time and again wrong info given. Elderly gal in wheelchair and was VERY specific re needs and questions.

Holster did not fit any of my lights. Only after rereading the description that I noticed the L2 can only fit a small selection of lights. Now I have the choice of returning it at my expense or toss it in the box of useless gear.

The holster is a terrible fit with the x300u light. It snags every-time I drawl and that’s after loosening the retention screws to the point they almost fall out.

Hey Matthew, do you have the X300U-A, or X300U-B? The holster you ordered was specifically for the X300-A. The "B" variant has a knobbed thumbscrew that will drag down the side of the holster if the molding was specifically made for the "A". The product I ordered was supposed to be universal to other holsters and was not even a universal fit to a safariland holster platform!

Thank you for your review! The SQR is not compatible with the Safariland system and is really designed around CT and HSGI products. Contacted Comp Tac directly about a better mounting solution for my CT3 on a thin Safelife belt. The holster currently slides freely even tho it’s a 2” belt and mounted correctly. Was recommended the PLM v2. Purchased this item right away. The item completely changes how the holster sits height wise and renders it useless for my duty capacity, and STILL allows it to slide. Doubly worthless. I feel ripped off and that the comp tac personnel didn’t truly try to help me at all.

Thank you for your review - we can get you a return started on the PLM for a refund. Belts can be tricky as they very quite in thickness, while the current belt mount works great for Sam Brown style belts, and belts such as the HSGI Operator belt - they can slide on thinner belts due to the geometry necessitated by the two belts previously mentioned. I would recommend returning the PLM for a refund - and going with this: https://www.highspeedgear.com/31dbk2bk. One on each side of the holster will lock the belt mount in place. Thanks!
