Customer service with Combe has been terrible. Telephone correspondence since February 2023 has provided absolutely no assistance. Promises of a return call by supervisor "A" were made, but are meaningless. No one has called. Product tube was faulty. The rep admitted to knowing about the issue and advised that the products be discarded immediately. NO replacement was sent - what a waste of both time and money!
