Poor communication and order tracking and shipping
I have placed multiple orders with this company online, over the phone and on Ebay. Their shipping is extremely slow (unless you buy on Ebay). It takes well over a month to receive your order with no updates as to status. Their website status is rarely, if ever, updated and when it is it is out of date. The last time I talked to a sales rep she told me she was going to rush an order, that was more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received any updates or the coins. That was for a $900.00 order.
