CollectorCorpsReviews of collectorcorps.com

I bought the hulk 2 pops set from someone online.I got the Corp box and the patch with it.I ordered the hulk,Bruce banner t-shirt like the pop.I got the hat and pack of cards.I then ordered the keychain and stress figure.I have a total of sixty dollars in this set I love it.

Signed up to collector corps for the first time in Jan for the feb box. Got an email a couple of days ago stating that the box was low in stock and I would be getting a refund. Originally I paid £32 for the box and upon receiving the refund only got £28 back. Have no idea why this is and i've try to contact them but the website is scheduled for maintenance. I then received an email stating that the boxes were now being discontinued and all subscriptions are now cancelled. Cost me £4 for nothing.

This service is extremely unreliable. Their customer support is relatively nonexistent. Customers don't recieve what they order, and get no responses for resolution. Expect damaged items and comics without bag/board. I've been waiting a month for my box with no help on the order. This isn't just me, their Facebook is nothing but similar complaints.

Personnally had no problem with the 2 firsts boxes, very happy with the quality of the products. Best box out there. Yes others have had problems, but they will improve that in futur im sure. But im rating my experience with the product, and had no problem at all, and I'm so so happy, so 5 stars!!!

Funko / Marvel have been completely incompetent with their implementation of a subscription service. Large amounts of damaged or missing product. An automated email only customer service system. Broken website. Avoid at all costs.
