Total waste of money.

Placed an order two weeks ago and haven't heard anything about when my item will be delivered. Tried the WhatsApp number, no reply. Tried emailing, no answer for a week. Finally got an email which was totally unhelpful and gives me no confidence that I will get my order. Give them a wide berth.

Purchased a dress from Collagerie for the first time which arrived with no problem. The dress is too big and needs to be returned. The Company has a detailed returns policy with deadlines which I read carefully before ordering. The client has 7 days to request a return but the problem is there is absolutely no Customer service. Nobody replies at all and there is no telephone number to call. I have sent e mails and a WhatsApp but nothing. The website is nice but everything else is a waste of time. Better to order directly from the brand.
