I was a lotus 123 fan back in the day this works well and to my mind is easier than excel. A few issues working with a small mobile screen but with that said a tablet or laptop should have no problems as far as I can see at present

I find it very easy to follow and simple enough for our claimants.

It was a bit confusing using Cognito forms the very first time...it took me quite a while to learn how to create different kinds of forms. It would be nicee if there was a tutorial or better guidance. Especially on how to allow more people to view entries for a form.

I do like the set up and the ease of having my clients upload their forms however I have had one complaint from the clients and it’s the same if they forget something and they need to go back into the link they have to start all over they can’t go back to where they start it from and enter new information that’s the downside

Hi Jennifer, The form is found user friendly. I have found the following little trouble 1. The font can be bold, underlined or italicized 2. After submitting the writings, the link sent back to me is not functioning. b.rgds Dantes
