Great product

Having created forms in various ways over the years in google forms, microsoft forms and directly in HTML back in the day, I can safely say that Cognito is more straightforward and has great inter-formfield interaction that even a relative novice can use. My only setup gripe is that "help" text can only be set after a field - be nice to be able to also have this before if desired on a field by field basis (unless I missed something). I am still waiting to see how it works when users submit forms, but the initial setup looks promising.

Cognito Forms is very helpful and easy to use. The drag and drop functions are really user friendly, and the choices of boxes are just right. The only thing that would make this 5 stars is if the response boxes were larger. My clients said this was their only complaint with the questionnaires.

Dashboard could look better. Functionality and code seems well built.

The cognito forms are very easy. Amazingly so even attaching your documents is easy.

It was easy to build my first form, the user interface is easy to understand and I got used to it quickly. I used the form code in HTML, sounded like fun :)

Love cognito but I have my days where it frustrates me

Intelligently designed forms... I am truly satisfied.
