Don't use them if you want to do business for the long term. They are not reliable. No matter how long you work with them, they will HOLD your stock suddenly and will ask for the prep amount in advance. Stay away.

I’ve had a solid experience working with Coastal Distribution. They’ve been reliable when it comes to delivery times and overall communication. Their team is professional, and the drivers are usually courteous and on schedule. The customer service team has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed updates, which really helped build trust. That said, I think there’s room for improvement in their shipment tracking system—it would be great to have more real-time visibility. Overall, Coastal Distribution has been a dependable partner, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a logistics provider that gets the job done with minimal hassle.
