Thank you for your feedback, Sarah. We are sorry to hear that you have encountered questions on your exam that have not been covered in our practice tests. Our practice questions are not the current questions from the real exam as the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP) doesn't make the official CNA tests public, however they are based on official exam preparation materials and the official CNA exam questions from past exams. It's very likely that the questions on the actual exam will be about the same concepts, however, the official test will be worded differently. That is why we do not recommend memorizing the question-answer pairs while doing practice tests, since you need the actual knowledge of the material to pass the test and because your exam questions may be worded differently. Nevertheless, all the material you may encounter on your test is covered in our practice tests, so it is extremely important to pass all the practice tests before you try the actual exam. According to our system, you have not passed several practice tests (such as Mental Health, Social Services Needs, Personal Care Skill, Residents rights and Safety Procedures). Is it possible that the questions you have encountered on your exam might have been covered in those topics? As for the pricing, we are a private company that is not affiliated with or funded by the Government. A lot of time and effort is put into maintaining and updating the database of questions on a daily basis, and a detailed market research is done before any prices are set. Thank you for your feedback, Ro. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our product and did not find it challenging enough. At the moment the questions in our exam simulator are indeed randomly selected from the practice test questions you would studied already. however, it is done for better knowledge retention and to ensure that all topics are covered thoroughly enough for our clients to pass the test. We also maintain our databases on the the daily basis and update questions whenever changes occur so we are not sure which "redundant test questions in the Exam simulator portion of the test prep" you are referring too, but we value your feedback and would be happy to look into these questions if you could send them over to us directly at [email protected]. You are welcome to send in the mistake report whenever you encounter a question like that to us as well. Diana L.
