They were ok starting out
They were ok starting out, not the greatest at communication but got the job done. Need to renew this year and they were absolutely terrible. Reminder emails told me to renew online, but when I went to do so the application wouldn't let me stating information was missing or incorrect but not what exactly they needed. Reached out to them no less than 3 times by email (how I had always contacted them before) over several weeks and got zero replies to answer my questions, help with my application or try to keep me as a client. I got a new policy with a different company. Do not recommend. If you can't meet basic customer service standards, I don't have time for you.
