Bryant worked with me on my essays and helped me figure out how to leverage my background in life sciences to strengthen my applications to MSCS programs. I realized that I could use my non-CS experience as a way to stand out among pure-CS applicants. Ended up getting into a T15 program. Thanks Bryant!

Bryant was my mentor during my first software engineering internship, and to this day, he remains the best mentor I've had. What set him apart was that he didn't just focus on my technical growth — he was intentional about helping me develop professional soft skills and gave me real opportunities to practice them. I came into that internship shy and unsure of what I wanted after college. I left it career-driven and confident that I could achieve whatever I set out to do. He also gave me invaluable guidance on how to make the most of my remaining time in college, from which courses to prioritize to encouraging me to pursue my master's degree, a decision that shaped the trajectory of my career. He has the ability to recognize someone's strengths while also helping them see, without judgment, where they can grow. Years later, even though we no longer work together professionally, he's still the person I turn to for career advice, and his opinion is one I trust and value deeply. Anyone who has the chance to be mentored or guided by him is fortunate. I have no doubt he'll bring that same care, insight, and investment in others' success to his admissions consulting work.

Bryant has a rare ability to cut through the noise and offer direct, actionable career advice that helped me navigate a PIP, stand out as a software engineer, and ultimately grow in my role with confidence. He’s not only sharp and strategic—especially when it comes to job applications and optimizing transitions—but also calm, logical, and a great listener who knows exactly how to keep you grounded and focused
