Complaint Against Cloud Mattress Co.
**Complaint Against Cloud Mattress Co.** I placed Order #1275 with Cloud Mattress Co. on December 27, 2025. The order included an adjustable base costing $1,899, along with negotiated white glove delivery service. Seven months later, I still have not received the adjustable base. Only part of my order was delivered. The white glove service was supposed to include: * A scheduled delivery appointment * Delivery into the upstairs bedroom * Unboxing and removal of packaging * Assembly and setup of the adjustable base * Installation of the base legs, if applicable * Proper positioning of the base * Placement of the mattress on the base * Connection and testing of the power functions and remote None of these services were provided. Since placing the order, I have made over 100 phone calls and left dozens of voicemails. I received only one callback, in early January 2026. During that call, I was told the order was “on the way” and that FedEx was the appropriate delivery method for the promised white glove service. Since that conversation, I have received no meaningful update, no delivery appointment, no tracking information that resulted in delivery, and no resolution. It is unacceptable for a company to retain nearly $1,900 for seven months without delivering the purchased product or responding to repeated attempts to resolve the matter. **Requested Resolution** I am requesting one of the following: 1. Immediate delivery of the adjustable base, including the complete white glove delivery and setup service that was promised; or 2. A full refund of the $1,899 paid for the undelivered adjustable base, along with any charges associated with services that were not provided. I am also requesting that Cloud Mattress Co. provide its response and proposed resolution in writing.
