Clorox Co.Reviews of clorox.com

Have a $7 can of Clorox disinfectant spray that is 90% full. The sprayer doesnt work. I called customer service requesting one coupon to replace the can for the defective sprayer. I was told "No, the can only had a 12 mos shelf life". I dont even know how long it was into its "shelf-life" when it was purchased. Sounds like an easy out for a crappy sprayer to me.

Love Clorox but the prices have gotten ridiculous.. As long as it does the job though I’m good!!!

Clorox pods for colors I use many Clorox products and one of them is Clorox for colors the Pod they get dropped into the wash. For a couple of years it never dissolved in the washing machine, so I stopped using it and went to something else. I felt by now you would’ve fixed this problem so I purchased another bag and again part of the pod never dissolved. This is the same problem I’ve had with all of these bags. I use cold water, and it does not dissolve completely in cold water it never has. I will try to send you pictures of the bag because I know that’s what you were gonna ask for OK since I can send you pictures on this, it is Clorox too for colors. The barcode is 044600308180 a number printed on top of this side is KX26056 – L6 2138 at least that’s what it looks like. The first letter is an RRK I can’t see After I finish this bag, I will be going back to something else which worked just as well, but I have all the rest of my products being Clorox you can’t get this under control? Denise Andrews. PS you gave me a Choice of two products to pick from wipes and toilet this is neither again WTH I also tried several times to send Clorox a message and it keeps. Losing it and making you start again. I have used this review site many times so people don’t get stuck.

Here's the deal with regards to this very unorthodox promotion the Clorox Company has been running the past month's time and it involves the claiming of a Gift of Clean box set that transpired last month and today (12/15/2025). I was waiting in the que for almost ten minutes time awaiting my turn to receive one of these boxes but there were issues with regards to the website loading up the order form once Noon CT struck as that was the timeframe this contest was set to go live, but after refreshing the page to make sure the order form showed up, it never did but mysteriously, the claims and requests for all 1600 of these boxes were already made and sold out, but all 1600 of them in that timespan when the promotion didn't even go on live before then?! How is this fair and this is very fraudulent on their part and I am asking them to send me one of these Gift of Clean boxes for being improperly shut out of the promotion due to their technical issues they had going on as they should have known that there were going to be innundated with thousands of people logging onto their website to claim this box. My concern is that I followed protocol and the rules here and waited right at Noon CT for the form to show up and it did, albeit five minutes later and with error messages and such and then all of a sudden, it sold out?! I call nonsense on their end and I'm hoping you folks at the Trustpilot as well can help to address this situation to them so this never happens again as I am aware many others who tried to claim this box dealt with the same issues as I had in trying to order the box at the appropriate timeframe indicated in the promotion rules. This is the main reason why I am using this platform to report these people at Clorox and those running this promotion to fess up and do what's right here and provide me with the box I legally tried to attain today, nothing more and nothing less and we can be done with this scenario and being issued an apology by them for the inconveniences caused to me today. Thank you.

Sunny106.3 iheart radio advertised the scentiva clorox with variety of scents. I purchased coconut and absolutely loved the scent. I even use it when cleaning the interior of my car. Have tried the tahitian grapefruit splash also. After cleaning bathroom and kitchen the coconut fresh scent lingers for a long time. Use it for all my cleaning. The radio station did a great job advertising Clorox Scentiva. Also related my good experience to many friends encouraging them to try the different scents. Just had to let you know the advertising promotion is working.

AKA THE CLOROX COMPANY I found out recently their bleach doesn't always kill germs like we always thought it did. IMO this company has engaged in defrauding and endangering the customers based on the known and expected assumptions the public makes about bleach. The word "bleach" means disinfection to most Americans. Very few people just want something to be "whiter". Americans have relied on "clorox bleach" for killing deadly germs for many decades. The sudden change to NON disinfection by a clorox bleach, without good thorough obvious notification, can take many victims unawares to the fact that it no longer does what it used to do. It can kill people, who are unaware but desperately need that disinfection for survival and to defeat or prevent deadly disease, and that is most people; if they think they are killing germs when they are NOT. Americans and others have relied on this product for so long, that it is a sin,a crime, a great wrong and a travesty to just quietly remove that one MOST VITAL ingredient in a product that so many have relied on for so long that it's part of our national language and belief system . But surprise surprise, it ain't really what you thought it was! some may never find out, that they were just re-infecting themselves with this product, thinking it was killing the germs. They may have already died. Was it worth it, Clorox? Clorox provides a LITTLE info about their new NON germicidal products, but not nearly enough. You have to hunt the internet to find their SDS sheet from the company, but it won't tell you the amount or non amount of the germicide ( sodium hypochlorite) in the new products. It only gives you a vague and non specific range of percents possible but nothing for sure. Why? BECAUSE IT IS A "TRADE SECRET" as to how much germ killing ingredient some new bleach products have in them. As if nobody needs to know! As if it isn't our business to know! Nothing could be further from the truth, people have to survive and we definitely need this info. Of course, the FDA shouldn't have allowed this deception and this secrecy of something so vital as this knowledge. As some of us are aware, the FDA has been compromised by appointments of industry minions into the highest positions of "watchdog", so that now it's the fox in the henhouse. They are allowing this kind of negligent approvals of product nondisclosure, info that should be much more readily available to the consumers so they can decide what they need for their vital health needs. But the clorox company is ultimately at fault, since they could have given info in t heir SDS papers, about the active germidical ingredients or lack thereof. But they refused to do so. IT'S A SECRET. Regardless of the circumstances being so harmful to t he unaware public. Most of us hate the smell of bleach but know we need it for disinfection. So it is only natural that millions would choose a new product that smells better , for this purpose. Since there is nothing on the label that tells us the strength of the main ingredient,Sodium Hypochlorite, then we won't know that this product contains a much smaller amount of it than Regular Bleach has. Clorox should put the info of the active ingredient amount, on the scented and low splash bleach bottles like they do the regular bleach bottles. That way we can find out how much more of the product we need to use in order to get the same germicidal results. Also the word Bleach should not be used by itself any more, but large words in the label front should be used to make it very certain that everyone knows this is NOT the same germicidal level of product as regular clorox bleach. ========================== I personally went a couple years of using their scented bleach to "disinfect" family laundry during a staph mrsa outbreak in the home that lasted a long time. That infection can be quite deadly, and REAL bleach kills it on REAL bleached clothing. I had NO idea that this so-called "bleach" product was NOT killing the DEADLY disease germs. The label did not inform me of that. This can kill people! or keep them infected longer and spread around more. because we think laundry etc is all being disinfected and none of it is. Bed sheets, underwear, everything, all NOT being disinfected when it looked like it was, to the unaware and unsuspecting customer. . Also they use other misleading words. Total deadly scam, and this needs to stop. Put the right words and disclosures on those labels, clorox. People will still buy the better smelling bleach BUT THEY WILL KNOW HOW TO USE IT or your other product, so as to not endanger thier family's lives. Why don't you grow a conscience instead of just trying to make a buck off people.
