Trying to get the Water Heater Rebate. Site gives error, customer service says they are escallating but you never hear back.

Took two appliances and replaced them…
Took two appliances and replaced them with units that do not fit or work in my home. They are still in the box. I contacted them immediately and they said they would fix this. It has been a year and I still do not have my appliances
