This company is a total scam!
This whole experience has been terrible. This company is a scam. After waiting over 2 months and contacting them multiple times I received my order yesterday. It was supposed to be a one piece cluster serving tray with a nice finish. What I received was in 3 pieces. It looked nothing like the advertisement. Cheap thin aluminum. The welds were messy and it was spray painted a weird ugly color. I took pictures and sent it to the company and they offered to refund me $4 US! For an item I paid over 60 dollars for. Do not purchase anything from this company! They will rip you off. I will be contesting this charge with my credit card company. UPDATED 6/11/2026 I did infact reach out to this company after this review as well as PayPal and after sending many pictures and videos and quite a few messages back and forth this company told me they will only refund me if I sent this product back to China at my own expense. I packaged it back up and headed to USPS. USPS informed me it would cost me $80 dollars to ship this $60 dollar item. I contacted this company again and told them my delema and they were not willing to help in any way. PayPal later offered to credit me $25 dollars toward shipping but I declined because that still left me paying $55 to return a $60 dollar item so I just pitched it into the trash can. Do not believe one word that this company says regarding they wanting to make this right. They knew they falsely advertised this item and made it impossible to return if unsatisfied which is why they felt comfortable offering me a $4 dollar refund to begin with. At least PayPal was willing to try to help but the lesson learned is to never order anything from China and if you do, always pay with Amex because they will reverse the charge without all the time spent trying to fight this nonsense. Also, always look for reviews on other sites because had I done that, I would have seen all the negative ones with the same complaints as I had and would have never purchased in the first place.
