Lacking attention to detail
They were very prompt on responding to request for information as well as any questions that you have. However, on the day that was scheduled for one queen matters and a two-seat love sofa I was quoted one price. However, on the day they look at the address and see that it was on a second floor and then wanted an additional 200.00 for this putting the cost over 300.00. (Higher than every other company that provided quotes and saw the address.) I am disabled and wasted my time and effort making this appointment and taking the time out of my day. I could have already had the cleaning done for less and just as prompt of service response time that Green Carpet Provided. Very disappointed. Maybe next time they will take their time in reading the address before the give the estimate and save everyone time.
