Poor experience for 1st call back on the platform in years
Very poor experience unfortunately. Had trouble paying first with the cards not being accepted to have a call. Finally got it worked and topped it up for the initial expected call duration. Issues started from the get go. The person I booked with couldn't connect to the number given, causing an 8 minute delay. The midway there were connection issues (we both had full signal). The call went on longer due to this and suddenly dropped even. I couldn't get back in and my Revolut prepaid balance caused a declined payment. I emailed immediately to the support team. Got 2 emails back purely focusing on the outstanding payment issue. I immediately resolved it and they confirmed, ignoring my other questions on connectivity issues and poor user experience. It's a shame because I used Clarity around 2016 quite a lot and had removed my account back in 2020 thinking I wouldn't need it anymore. Sent out quite a few messages on the platform for call requests but I decided to delete my account again. The concept is amazing but it literally looks like (from a design perspective) that the site has been frozen in time. Most reviews are from around 2015-16, with a couple in 2020. The customer service on this was really a big disappointment.
