I really like their customer service
I'm not quite sure about these negative reviews, but I've had nothing but a positive experience with cisinks. I've dealt with them for years and they have always been helpful and courteous whenever it comes to any problems. For those complaining about their products and services, you're buying a 3rd party product that literally modifies your printer. One should always expect to do a little extra to make these 3rd party systems to work. If you're happy not messing around with priming or refilling cartridges, then stick to OEM. Some of these reviews are simply bitter. They are providing a way for us to save moneys or ink. And let me tell you, I love moneys!!!!
