Great Communication. Every question that I ask was not only answered, but answered in a way that was easy to understand. When possible videos were attached helping to explain. Not to mention that every question that I ask was answered in less than 24 hours.

Although ultimately the delivery was delayed a few days beyond the original estimate, I did receive it in good condition. I installed the unit and had it working in just a few minutes.

It is 5 stars across the board. Arrived much sooner than expected, install was ez and quick, start up just as described and running at 40 % and keeping up with the 7-10 inched of rain topping off our unground pool. The customer support was excellent. Shout out to Sydney and big THX.
