Ordered a new flow sensor. Smooth experience

This was a warranty issue with my chlorine generator and I was given 40% off of the replacement element and am satisfied.

Quick and accurate shipping

What an awesome CS rep. She was knowledable, courteous, understanding and had great advice. One of the best CS departments I've spoken to in years. That kind of CS brings people back. Karl

Prompt and accurate service

The website was easy to navigate to find what I needed. The shipping was very fast. The package was delivered undamaged.

John Hill was able to quickly and professionally diagnose my control module issue and start an RMA. He was able to answer all my questions, explained to me all the possible issues and also what was not related to the problem. The case notes were updated, and the RMA shipping label was emailed to me before even getting off the phone. John made the RMA process less stressful and much easier to complete than I could have hoped for. Thank you John

Good company, effective delivery.
