Service impeccable.

I placed my order on 22/03/2017 and it's now 03/07/17 and nothings been received. I've sent multiple emails and contacted them via Facebook (where they are active) but heard nothing. Really sad. Could be the best rucksack in the world but let down by really poor customer service.
