Brought my dog to Chuck & Don’s in Shakopee, MN for grooming. They called me about 90 minutes later to tell me they "found" a cut under my dog's eye. They tried to insuate that maybe I had caused it from trimming his tear stains. I don't trim my dog's tear stains, I wash his eye area with a warm washcloth. The cut was not on my dog when I dropped him off. It was very noticeable, and I would have seen it if it had been there at any time. Also, if his eye had been cut, I would not have taken him for grooming, I would have been taking him to vet. This cut, you can tell from the pictures is a fresh wound. I understand that accidents can happen, but to lie about to my face!? That just makes the grooming staff look like fools! I'm angry that they didn't take good care to not injure my dog, and even more angry that they lied about, and tried to say that maybe I had done it!! I'll update this review if Chuck & Don's takes care of the vet bill...because I went right to the vet with him after I picked him up. This should never happen to our beloved pets. I will never take my dog to any Chuck & Don's for grooming again.

Cancellation of my order without inform I have USA LLC company and also I have USA Mercury bank debit card and I gave order from chuck&don's company and they didnt explain me anything and they cancelled my order 4-5days later and I tried to contact with email but no response. And also they took 2 times withdrawn from my debit card and not refunded up to now I have complaint from this company

Full disclosure I have never been inside the physical store. I have only ordered my dogs food from their website so this review in regards to the online site. I feed my mastiff Victor brand and Chuck&Dons has had the best pricing I can find. I have ordered twice now and plan to continue if the prices stay low. It usually takes 7-10 days to receive the food which is acceptable to me. I once needed to contact customer support and it was nice they had someone to talk to immediately. The food comes well packaged and is delivered to my door. If you're looking to order online I recommend Chuck&Dons.

We train dogs and think the Westminster store is a great resource for dog owners. They have an exceptional dog food program and great prices so, we recommend their dog food app and this store to all our clients. Thank you for understanding a predator is a predator. Very friendly staff. Store very clean and organized. If you go there and buy something for your dogs birthday, and bring your dog. Your dog will get a small birthday goodie bag.

My last experience was at the Roseville chuck and don's, and we went there to bath my Bernese mountain dog and it was so nice and easy! I recommend the self wash if you have a big dog, or even a little difficult dog! There store area is really nice to, they have a nice selection!
