Best Company for School Chromebooks!
We had a fantastic experience working with Chromebook Parts. We sent in 170 broken student Chromebooks, and they made the entire process incredibly fast and easy. Once I set the maximum repair value we were comfortable with, they either repaired the devices or used them for parts, and for every device scrapped, we received a credit toward repairs. In the end, we got back 44 fully functioning devices under warranty, at no cost to ship them out. I also ordered 20 new Chromebooks for our teachers, and RyAnn provided outstanding support every step of the way. Chromebook Parts has proven to be a reliable, transparent, and responsive partner. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been helpful, kind, and professional. This is a company our school will continue to work with for years to come. I highly recommend them to any school that uses Chromebooks!
