Hi Sir/Madam, thank you for sharing your experience with us after using our hearing aids for five weeks. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the metal effect you've noticed in the sound after a few weeks of use, this could potentially be due to a variety of factors including settings or the environment. We recommend checking the device settings and ensuring they are optimized for your use case. Sometimes, slight adjustments can significantly improve sound quality. Additionally, regarding low volume discussions not being clearer and high frequencies being unpleasant, these issues may also be addressed through adjustments. Our customer support team would be happy to assist you further with personalized advice or troubleshooting tips to enhance your experience. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so that we can assist you promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our product. Your feedback helps us continually improve our products and services.
