Ordering online is simple and speedy. The replacement o rings all being a standard size is a much appreciated aspect of these machines. My husband and I are almost ready to buy the bigger model but so far after 3 years, our steam chief has yet to disappoint us

The simplicity of the unit was a “deal maker” for me. The web-site was full of extensive video clips on how to get the most out of your unit. Also the straight talk of the owner, in describing the unit, was another plus. Now that I have the unit it works exactly as I had hoped it would.

Hands down the best steamer in the industry. My first one I had for 8 years and Kevin has helped me re build it and fix it. Kevin is amazing and provides great customer service and his steamers are amazing. I ended up buying a new one so this is my 3rd steamer and I finally retired my first one after a lot of trail and error learning how to rebuild it 😂😂 thank you Kevin for providing a high quality product!!

I purchased this steamer solely for cleaning my house. This thing blew my mind, I have had previous handheld steamers and rolling steamers and the chief steamer is far superior. Walls, clean! Door, clean! Baseboards, clean! Couch, deodorized! Counters, sparkling! The list goes on. I am impressed and if I had a cleaning business this thing would go on every job.
