Horrible customer service. Part hadn't shipped after 8 days despite repeated requests to customer service. Then "Holier than Thou" attitude on the phone by manager. Would never buy from them.

Absolutely disgraceful scammers. We paid for the order, then they flagged it as fraudulent. After I called, the owner spoke to me in a rude, condescending, and humiliating manner, and he is also refusing to return my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their behavior is dishonest, and the way the owner speaks to customers is completely unacceptable.

Chicago Faucet has saved me i was able to source discontinued Grohe parts through them . The Grohe rep in Canada wasn't able to help me source parts i have lost . But Chicago Faucet friendly and knowledgeable staff help me get everything I needed .
