Chewy is fantastic. I've been getting products from them for several years now. It's easy to edit, delay, or cancel my subscriptions, if I need to. I get my orders VERY quickly. Their pricing is highly competitive. Their products are typically very high quality, especially when it comes to pet HEALTH and care. But most importantly, their Customer Service Team is just top-notch, world class. I honestly am not sure I've ever encountered a better Customer Service Dept. It's easy for me to connect with someone if I need help, and they are truly dedicated to making sure everything is okay with my orders and my pets. I love Chewy, I love their mission, and I love the way they take care of their community. THANK YOU, CHEWY!!!!

I have used Chewy.com occasionally to buy items for my cats and feed for the local lake ducks, but a recent experience has made me a customer for life. My sweet cat, Tiki Tiger, recently passed away. When I logged into my Chewy account to update my pet profiles and remove him, I never expected anyone to notice. To my absolute shock, I received a knock on my door today from a deliveryperson holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. The enclosed card read: "I’m so sorry to hear of your loss of Tiki Tiger. I know this time is tough. All of us here at Chewy are always here for you. Love, Your Chewy Family." In a world where customer service often feels automated and cold, Chewy showed genuine, human compassion during a very difficult time. I am incredibly moved by this gesture. Thank you, Chewy, for honoring Tiki Tiger's memory and treating your customers like family.

Chewy's customer service is the best! They always make it right. I love this company. Over the past few years I have called Chewy several times. They pick up the phone with a live person right away. When my dog passed away, I called to see if I could return unopened dog food. They told me to donate it and gave me a refund, then a condolence card came in the mail. I have called them several other times and they always make it right. I now use this company all the time and I'm always satisfied.

Great service for home delivery. I found their price best for specialized meal for my elderly dog. Delivered to the door every 10 days was wonderful. Customer care on the phone was very efficient.

Excellent service, lots of compassion, and kindness ALWAYS. I do not know how they vet their representatives but whoever is doing this is spot on for hiring the best customer service folks. I'm honestly shocked. I just received a bouquet of flowers with a sympathy card and note for the passing of my beloved doggie from Chewy. I did not think that big companies like Chewy actually cared or did things like this. I've ordered so many things over the years and had a good experience always, but this just blows me away. Thank you for your kindness. It's so nice to know there are still good people and companies out there.

Chewy.com com was very responsive when I told them that my pet had died and that I now have received more catfood than we can use. They responded with care and immediately offered to refund the delivery of catfood I had just received! I don't have to even return the catfood - instead they suggested donating it to a local pet shelter if we cannot use it! This was way above and beyond the customer support that I expected! I would highly recommend chewy.com for their responsiveness and care!
