I would look elsewhere
I was recommended this company to do my books through another franchise owner. They seemed ok but after sharing the complete financials of another franchise location with me I decided I no longer wanted to work with them. I was bound to a contract and had to finish out my year with them (in hindsight I wish I fought this). My last month financials were such a mess that I am having to pay a different accountant to fix COYL errors even after they billed me hourly for a clarification on an error on their end. I would NEVER recommend using this business.

We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations and for providing you with incorrect information. As we previously communicated, we have addressed the issue and implemented measures designed to help ensure that it does not happen again. We take our work very seriously and are committed to going above and beyond to provide our clients with an exceptional experience. Throughout this engagement, we made every reasonable effort to assist based on the information available to us and to accommodate your requests. We also made multiple attempts to obtain clarification and responses to questions that were necessary to properly address the bookkeeping matters. Additionally, we amended prior reports at your request. During the process, I communicated with Corporate, which directed that the books be prepared in a specific manner, even though that approach did not align with what would typically be considered proper accounting treatment for your filing status. Ultimately, we provided the books in accordance with the instructions and requirements requested by both you and Corporate. As part of our standard service, we provide monthly financial statements and offer monthly meetings with our clients to review their financials and discuss any questions or concerns. These meetings are intended to ensure that any issues that arise can be identified and addressed promptly, helping to avoid misunderstandings and ensure everyone remains aligned throughout the year. In an effort to address the error that occurred, we also issued a credit to your account, which we understood was accepted at the time. While we recognize that this situation has been frustrating, please know that our team acted in good faith throughout the engagement and worked diligently to provide the requested services and support. We value your business and regret any frustration, inconvenience, or disappointment this matter may have caused. Despite the challenges presented, we believe we fulfilled our responsibilities by providing the services requested, making requested revisions, and delivering the final work product in accordance with the direction we received. We remain committed to delivering accurate, professional service and helping our clients succeed.
