Hello David, My name is John Corotis and I am the Head of Support at Checkbook. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I see your payment credited to your bank account earlier today, which means you will see your funds in your bank account by tomorrow. The other payment option your payment sender made available was to have a check mailed. Before you chose to deposit your payment via ACH we show the date you should see your funds (by October 16, 2024) and it is also shown on your payment recipient page located in your payment email. Ultimately payment senders have control over the payment options used. ACH will take 4 business days, but there are instant payment options available as well.
