We’re sorry you’re unhappy with your experience. According to the carrier’s tracking information, your plush order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Your second order was canceled and refunded separately. We understand your frustration; however, we must rely on the carrier’s confirmed delivery information when reviewing claims of non-receipt.
