Placed order 12/29/22 at 4:35pm using reward points. Points were not applied to order. Sent email 12/29/22 at 4:39pm requesting they check this out for me. Received ticket C-00528720. They sent order anyway and never responded to the 12/29/22 ticket. Tried to call today - both phone numbers go to fast busy signal. There is no customer service at this company.

It is 2 weeks and have not received the cbd pain product I needed desperately when I ordered it. They don't answer the phone and tracking with them is no better than doing it on my own. Their communication sucks, and customer service email said it would take up to 4 days to respond. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Absolutely terrible customer service! No reply to emails concerning returns and canceled subscription. Form saying will reply in 2-3 days but no reply. Sending back with demand for refund and disputing charges with credit card. Will never do business with Charlotte's Web again!

Blackmailing and claiming that I am wrongfully using their trademark when I have been running my business much longer that they have. You dare bring legal, when you wrongfully claim rights over my artworks? Bring it on and show me proof of ownership when I have each and everyone of it on paper, pen and digital FA

Horrible experience, they email me back saying they will update me and fail to do that. It is unbelievable how bad this customer service really is. I feel like the goal of a company is to make the customers happy, however, Charlottes does not care.

I must sadly add my voice to those many customers whose product never came. It's been a month -- no one answers the customer service number or responds if you leave a call back, no one responds to emails to customer service, and the chatbot (if you can find it) is a joke.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I will reach out to verify your order and see about helping the situation.
As others have said, the people in charge of helping them rank on google are blackmailing website owners to refer to their site and give positive reviews. Not exactly professional by any means.

I am the SEO at Charlotte's Web and can assure you that this email's intended purpose is not to get backlinks but rather to tarnish the brand of the company I work for. This blackmail email attempts to make Charlotte's Web look bad. It is negative and it is sad. Please understand that we cannot control what someone puts in an email, and that was not sent on our behalf. I apologize for the inconvenience and stress that email may have created.
Received multiple emails from Charlotteswebb’s marketing trying to BLACK MAIL me if I don’t place their website’s link on my website as a backlink to boost their google rank, say will leave a bad Trustpilot review and bad backlinks if I don't. The blackmail is fake, but the attempted promotion not, so here's your promotion from me.
