Easy process and they do actually work to prevent chargebacks before they happen. They take a fee but thats just the cost a bigger cost would be not being able to accept credit cards because of your CB ratio being to high. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a high risk business, I wish I knew of this service 10 merchants ago.

Sheen has helped me set up the app to avoid disputes for our stripe account as they are on the rise. i hope the app works as it says. i will come back with an update.

We're using Chargeblast to prevent chargebacks often seen in the adult space for our erotic story generator, nsfwstory.com. The amount of chargebacks is low but charge blast is letting us know as soon as the chargeback is detected so we can issue a refund which will save us money in the long run!
