Unfair auto-renewal and blocked refund – Charging 592 EUR against my will
Chaos automatically renewed my subscription for 592.50 EUR and charged my card, even though I contacted them the very same day to cancel. I cannot use this product at my workplace and have not used it for a long time. To make it worse, the "Request a refund" button in my account was disabled/greyed out, preventing me from using their official system. Their support just gave me a standard "no refund" reply. I have now started a formal chargeback dispute with my bank. Be very careful with this company's billing practices.
