Very disappointing customer service and no resolution I never received my product. After contacting customer service, I was told that I would receive a replacement, but it has now been almost a month and the replacement still hasn’t been shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have repeatedly been told that my case has been escalated, but I still haven’t received a proper resolution. At this point, after waiting for almost three months, I would much rather receive a full refund. Unfortunately, customer service has not been able to help me with this either. Very disappointing experience. I just want my money back and this situation resolved. Update: James resolved my problem immediately. Thank you for your service James!
