CESI has helped with consolidating some debt I had but anytime I had to talk to any customer service I always felt they were being pushy. I had some representatives be rather rude to me on the phone. I look forward to this partnership ending.

Everything wasn't clearly explained to me when I first started the program. But it's ok now so make sure you ask alot of questions there are no dumb ones.

We understand that it can take a little bit of time for everything to be set up with your Debt Management Program - we would love to hear how it is going for you once you have started to see full program benefits!
I was paying a certain amount and after a couple payments the cost went up a lot also started getting calls from creditors because they weren't making payments

Thank you for your feedback - we understand that starting out on your Debt Management Program can be a bit uncertain. The payment you are quoted when you enroll is always a good faith estimate based on accurate account balances. Sometimes, proposals or payments can change if balances are outdated. An account representative should be reaching out to you today to discuss the status of your account and answer any questions you have.
I thought they would reduce the amount i paid out monthly. they did not.. im just am paying it off sooner.
