Was a little scared that payments showed up on my credit statement during my free trial period but cancelled subscription before payment date and the money was added back to my account. Didn’t take the chance to look up reviews prior to purchase so I’m just glad nothing funny happened when cancelling payments.

Very courteous, found the solution right away and responded very quickly. I honestly did not expect that but was more than satisfied. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service is the reason why I will continue using their service. I wish every customer service department was like this one. Noel
