Fast & easy even for kids

Great Professional Service

The enrollment was an easy process and everything followed with a confirmation. Scheduling was convenient and that too, was confirmed via text. The nurse confirmed ahead of time and was very personable and helpful.

This review is based on the professionalism of the Cell Vault and our nurse, Tye, who administered the tests. We booked with full realization that there are many unknowns in terms of what any results may mean, and that few tests had received FDA approval, but we were very curious based on symptoms that one of our family members experienced in mid-January and decided to try the Cell Vault service. I know that Cell Vault has accommodated other customers with outdoor testing, but we opted to clean and clear an area of our kitchen and do the tests indoors, all wearing masks. Tye was extremely professional, methodical, safe and clear during the testing of our 5 family members. Despite our ‘hunch’ and the fact that our family member experienced many symptoms, we all tested negative for both types of antibodies according to the Cell Vault technology. With the understanding that we may not have 100% accuracy at this time, we felt satisfied with the process and the service.

The nurse who came was very nice and on time. The whole thing was quick, easy, and informative.

As a cancer survivor, I need to be extra careful when observing social distancing and general interaction with other people. The nurse from Cell Vault couldn't have been more professional and conscientious. She wore a glove and mask the entire visit, washed her hands twice, and even offered to wait in the hall while we waited for the results. I'm so impressed and thankful I was able to get tested from a company that clearly prioritizes my health.
