Terrible company to work with. Please do not use this platform as a esim solution!!!

Rented me a cellphone with a dying battery (which only lasted 3-4 hours at a time, at best). Then they overcharged me $60!!!!

Verizon recommend using cellhire and provided a discount code. Cellhire completely failed to meed their obligations. I rented a satellite phone for an off-grid trip and they did not send it on time. When I notified them, they made no attempts to rectify the situation and offered no apology. They simply gave me a refund. I was counting on this phone for emergencies and for work and I had to find another last minute solution. Completely unacceptable, and Verizon should not be recommending this company. They also don't ship and have no customer service on weekends.
