DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! It is a scam. Stupidly ordered from an advert on their Instagram. Never received and when I put the order details in apparently I’m some bloke from another country and it was delivered in 2021…!! To clarify I ordered in 2024 (also not a man lol). So annoyed at myself but hope this review helps someone else.

Fraudulent company! No response to repeated emails, ordered from FB advertisement over a week ago and it never shipped and tracking number fake!!!

I was very disappointed with the simulated cat toy made sound but the wings never moved I think I was sent the wrong one not happy

Awful company. I ordered the pet grooming tool. They posted it, royal mail delivered to wrong house. I've been in contact with royal mail, they say I need to contact the seller to progress with my claim. Celery pets customer services is useless, they answered with I should contact the postal company. I told them I had, and that they need to contact them not me. They're now ignoring all my emails. So I have no product, and no way of getting my refund, as they won't contact royal mail to sort it out. I'm being ignored. NOT GOOD CELERY PETS. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Ordered a water play mat for my 2 kittens, received a Baby Slapped Pad! Contacted the company who said it was ok for kittens, clearly they have never had kittens because at 8 weeks they are furry balls of razer sharp claws. They won't refund or accept a return therefore they left me with no choice, it is now in the hands of my bank.

Order an inflatable mat for our cat but poor quality and company not willing to take it back bcos of costs. Charged £16 but only offering $10. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
