Terrible/non existent customer service
Beyond frustrating customer service.I pay for the professional account and that still does not allow me to get in contact with a human to get assist to manually correct my renewal cycle timeline. It is still showing my old cycle timeline and not updating the current ones that need to apply to this cycle. I have sent in a claim ticket via their website and followed the FAQ info their steps by sending an email and requested documentation via email to update the cycle and still keep getting automated AI responses despite requesting in person assist. Finally got an email with a phone number to call and no one has answered after being on hold for over an hour. I think state boards need to reconsider requiring use of this service for tracking CE and find a company that is response and will actually help. Why are we being required to use a service that does not even update the required info on the dashboards. Why make everyone jump through hoops with no resolution.

Scam
I have entered my CME credits and it continues to state "not completed". I have tried to call multiple times and was left on hold for over 30 minutes each time, no answer or way to leave a message. I used email and the online chat as well which were no help. The email response was clearly AI and told me to upgrade. CE Broker is a scam but is being required of healthcare professionals to maintain credentials.

Even after paying for my CEU's through…
Even after paying for my CEU's through the CE Broker PropelUS website, it is not applying credit. They are forcing healthcare workers to upgrade to see basic CEU summary. This is a scam and needs to be investigated. If my license is delayed due to your nefarious practices, I will file a lawsuit.

Terrible service, no customer support
I have entered all of my continuing education credits and it's showing "Not completed". I attempted to email, use the chat feature, and call. I got an unhelpful AI response and no human response despite multiple attempts. They keep trying to get me to upgrade to the paid version to get the issue resolved. It feels like blackmail.

Response from CE Broker· Jul 24, 2026
We're sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it is to see credits reported as "Not completed" after you have entered them. That is not the experience we want for anyone. Resolving these issues does not require a paid plan, and our Basic tier is designed to cover essential CE tracking at no cost. We hear that the upgrade prompts felt coercive in this context, and that is feedback we take seriously. We will request more information so we can locate your account, review your credits directly, and follow up with you. You can also reach us at [email protected] or submit a request here: https://help.cebroker.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Thank you.

Horrible non existent customer service
Even though I completed all requirements it still shows "Not Complete". Actually was green and complete and changed to "Not complete". Horrible nonexistent customer service!

We will request more information so we can locate your account and follow up with you directly. CE brokers are another example of…
CE brokers are another example of modern enshittification of various products including continuing education. I am fortunate to be retired from this perspective but feel sorry for the younger generation that is at the mercy of those oligopolies. They buy our elected officials who then proceed to approved laws that force professionals to pay twice for something that previously was essentially free: fulfilling CE requirements

Dishonesty
Tried to cancel my subscription and took 8 days for CE Broker to gets back to me. Tried to call the contact us phone without success throughout those days. Exactly 1 day after the subscription has completed 1 month, which is the expiration time to get a refund, CE broker gets in touch with me through email saying that unfortunately the 30 days have passed and a refund is not possible anymore. They have a poor customer service and act with bad intentions to keep our money. Don't recommend and would give 0 stars if possible due to the dishonest behavior! So many other places to get CEs, don't waste your time with CE broker!

We're truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused. An 8-day response time on a cancellation request is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we understand why the timing of our reply looked the way it did. We would like to look into the specifics of your cancellation. We will request more information so we can locate your account and follow up with you personally. You can also reach us at [email protected] or submit a request here: https://help.cebroker.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Thank you for sharing this feedback.
