Worrying AI
Worrying, I have been recieving emails, purportedly from this company, saying I have an upcoming appointment. I do not go to this dentist. I have also been told by a friend that, who does go, that she has had demands for payment from them because they say she has not turned up for appointments that she had no knowledge of. I've tried to contact them, by 'replying' to emails and by 'phone but am answered by an AI voice, by name! who tells me the receptionist can't talk to me and asking for personal details. If it can answer my 'phone call with my name why ask for further personal details? I am not at all happy about this especially given the warnings about AI and am inclined to view it as an invasion of privacy.
