Charlie modz…not a man of his word
Bought multiple account from the main owner Charlie modz, one of which was banned last year…I reached out to him at the time and I didn’t get a response for about 6 months until I wrote on his Facebook page.. In response to my negative comment he reached out to me and apologised and offered me 15% off my next order…I told him I wasn’t playing the game and that when I do start playing GTA again I will contact him About 2 months passed me and my girl bought Ps5’s….i was going to buy 2 of the most expensive accounts from him Due to there being a promotion on his website he went back on his word and said he will only give me 5% off I told him that’s unfair and that he is going back on his word and asked for the 15% off that he promised me and he declined I then asked if he would meet me in the middle at 10% off and he declined….in my eyes now he is not a fair seller dissapointed at the least I went on the buy 2 accounts from someone else amounting to $300 and 3 of my friends are also buying from this person…thanks for nothing charlie 👍🏻

Dear Rickpall Dheansa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we feel it is necessary to address several inaccuracies and provide clarity on the situation. Delivery of Services: Whenever you have purchased from us, we have always delivered exactly what you paid for, without fail. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has always been a top priority. Discount Commitment: The 15% discount was offered to you during a time when there was no sale or promotion on our website. At the time of your recent inquiry, our website was already running a 30% sale—a significant discount that was available to all customers. It is unreasonable to expect an additional 15% discount on top of an already substantial sale. This is not about "going back on our word," but rather about fairness and consistency for all our customers. Value of Our Accounts: Our most expensive accounts come loaded with $1 billion in cash, RP 120, modded outfits, cars, tattoos, all researches completed, all weapons purchased, all properties in prime locations, a Yacht, MOC, Terrobyte, Avenger, and much more. These accounts are meticulously crafted to provide the ultimate GTA experience. Asking for such an account at a price of $50 is simply unrealistic and does not reflect the value we provide. Suspicion of External Influence: This review appears to be influenced by external parties, likely a competitor, as it lacks logical reasoning and fairness. If you were dissatisfied, we would have expected a more constructive dialogue rather than a public post that seems designed to harm our reputation. Moving Forward: We regret that you chose to purchase from another seller, but we stand by the quality and value of our products. We are confident that our accounts speak for themselves, and we will continue to serve our loyal customers with the same dedication and integrity. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Charlie Modz
